Facebook’s ‘happy’ memories will now be able to be seen in one place

Facebook has given a new feature to people to enjoy their ‘happy memories’. Actually, Facebook has given a dedicated page named ‘Memories’, in which users will be able to see the memories shared on Facebook with their friends and family at one place. There will be posts and pictures, which will take you in flashback. This new page feature is part of Facebook’s old On This Day feature.

On Monday, the company’s product manager Oren Hoad said, “Every day, more than 9 crore people remember the old days by sharing the ‘On This Day’ feature. This new page will save those memories in one place.

There will be a section called Friends Made On This Day, which will contain the names of friends with whom you have spent time in the past. Or you have posted videos, photos or collages with them. Here, there will be Recaps of Memories option, in which the user will save the memories of messages and short videos. Similarly, there will also be a Memories You May Have Missed section, where your missed posts of the last week will be shown. “For missed posts, News Feed and More options will appear in the user’s app,” Hoad said. These Memories will also be available in News Feed through notifications and message access.
