If BSNL 5G service is made live on time, then the dominance of Jio and Airtel in terms of 5G internet service may reduce. According to the report, BSNL is going to focus on expanding 4G service as much as possible in the year 2024. At the same time, it is believed that the company will install at least 100,000 Base Transceiver Stations (BTS). Due to this, about 2,000 BTS have been installed in Punjab and Haryana, while BSNL 5G service will be launched in the year 2025.

According to reports, BSNL is emphasizing on improving network quality in Delhi and Mumbai. The company is improving bandwidth and network quality. The company will completely roll out 4G service in India by the end of this year. After this, improvement can be seen in the network.
BSNL is facing losses
Let us tell you that due to the absence of 5G service, BSNL has been facing losses in the number of users for a long time. The company has reduced about 636,830 subscribers in October 2023. In this situation, the total userbase has reached 92,869,283. At the same time, if the report of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India i.e. TRAI is to be believed, then this can be a big setback for the company.
