The era of “affordable” iPhones may soon be back. For some time, news related to the iPhone SE range of the Californian brand is coming out. It seems that some big changes can be seen in this new budget iPhone. At the same time, now 91mobiles has exclusively received CAD renders of the upcoming Apple iPhone SE 4. Let us take a look further at the new information that has come to light…

iPhone SE4 CAD renders

Previous iPhone SE devices have been based on Apple's older iPhone models with a home button. For the first time, the brand is planning a major makeover. Based on CAD renders obtained via an industry source, we can confirm that the iPhone SE 4 will feature a 6.1-inch display. This is a significant upgrade compared to the iPhone SE 5G's 4.7-inch display with a home button.

The CAD renders also reveal that the iPhone SE 4 will have a notch shape similar to the iPhone 13/14 series and will have a Face ID module. Apart from this, the phone will come with a single primary camera on the back like its older models.

The size of the device will be 147.7 x 71.5 x 7.7 mm, which will be similar to the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14. This confirms MacRumors' report from last year, which also told us that the device may have an action button (which isn't clear based on the renders provided) and a USB-C port as well.

The fourth generation iPhone SE is expected to launch in 2025. But with a plethora of rumors, it wouldn't be surprising if the device shows up at this year's fall event alongside the iPhone 16 series. The iPhone 16 series is expected to be a moderate update, but an affordable phone in the lineup could help boost sales in the countries.
