Grade after Successful Completion of Training
After successful completion of the training, candidates will be considered for placement in the following grade at the time of appointment on the basis of their performance during the period of training and the interview to be conducted at the end of the training. BARC Salary 2023: Bond
All selected candidates will have to fill a bond to complete the training and serve in the constituent units of DAE for a period of three years after the service. If a candidate is not able to complete the training and continues to serve the Department for 3 years after completion of service, he will be liable to pay to the Government an amount equal to the total amount of stipend and book allowance received during the period of training along with interest.
