Now Paytm has also joined the ‘fever’ of IPL 2018. Now users can get live cricket score updates in Paytm app. Scores of all domestic and international tournaments will be visible on the home screen of Paytm. However, currently this service will be available only to Android users. Soon it will be released for iOS users also. Apart from this, Paytm has also partnered with IPL 2018 teams Kings XI Punjab and Delhi Daredevils. These teams will now work as online ticketing partners.

Like other traditional cricket apps, users will get ball by ball updates on Paytm too. Why cricket update on mobile wallet app? On this, Paytm says that to reach more and more customers, we have included the facility of cricket scores in the app.

Paytm COO Kiran Vayasreddy said, “Cricket is like a religion in India. Every cricket fan wants to know the score from moment to moment. That’s why we have provided cricket score facility in the app. You will know the score of IPL match on Paytm itself, there is no need to turn to any other app for this.

As we mentioned earlier, Paytm has partnered with Kings XI Punjab and Delhi Daredevils. Match tickets of these teams can also be obtained from Paytm. Cricket fans are also being given cashback on match tickets and flight, train, bus tickets etc. to the IPL venue.
