After purchasing micro blogging site Twitter, Elon Musk is continuously laying off staff. Musk has removed a worker from Twitter’s app development team who had misrepresented Musk. Recently Musk had given his assessment regarding the slowness of Twitter. On this, Eric Frohnhoefer, associated with Twitter’s app development team, had said that Musk’s assessment is wrong.

Last weekend MuskAndroid-app-performance-developer-fired-3522540″ target=”_self”> Tweet Kar said, “I apologize for Twitter being very slow in some countries. This is due to a remote procedure call (RPC) error.” After this, Eric wrote in response to Musk’s tweet, “I have spent six years on Android at Twitter and I can say that this assessment is wrong.” Musk then asked Eric, “Please correct my mistake. Twitter is very slow on Android. What have you done to fix it?” Other users also joined the conversation on Twitter and one of them said that this matter should be discussed separately with the boss. He said that publicly blaming your boss makes you look arrogant.

After this Musk responded by tweeting that Eric has been fired from the company. Musk has bought Twitter for approximately $44 billion. Apart from Tesla, which is among the big electric car companies, Musk is also the chief executive of space rocket maker SpaceX. After completing the deal to buy Twitter, Musk fired its CEO, Parag Aggarwal, CFO Ned Segal, General Counsel Sean Edgett and Legal Policy, Trust and Security Head Vijaya Gadde from the company. A big problem for Twitter has been monetization. Musk dissolved the company’s board. Elon Musk is now the only person on the board of Twitter and has complete control of the company.

Twitter workers have also been banned from working from home or remote location. Musk has advised workers to be prepared for difficult times. Musk said there is no way to ignore the state of the economy and how it will impact a company like Twitter that relies on advertising.
