Mirzapur Season 2 trailer released, this web series will stream on Amazon Prime Video

After a long wait, the trailer of Mirzapur Season 2 has finally been released today. This two and a half minute trailer made public by Amazon Prime Video gives a glimpse of the entire story of Mirzapur 2. The story of season 2 will start from where the first season ended. In the first season, the end of some characters was shown, while in the second season some new characters have been entered. Talking about the trailer, it shows the atmosphere of conflict between Kaalin Bhaiya and Munna Pandit for the throne, apart from this, the fire of revenge is seen burning inside Guddu Pandit and Sharad Shukla. The fire of revenge is also burning inside Sweety’s sister Golu, whose different avatar will be seen in Season 2.

The trailer of Mirzapur Season 2 starts with Kaalin Bhaiya’s (Pankaz Tripathi) dialogue “Jo aaya hai… woh jaayega bhi… bas marzi hamari hogi.” After this, the trailer shows the fight for the throne between the Tripathi family, this time Munna (Divyendu Sharma) has made up his mind to sit on the throne, but his rules and regulations will be different this time. On the other hand, Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) enters the trailer, whose character looks even more powerful this time. The fire of revenge against the Tripathis is burning inside Guddu Pandit and Sharad Shukla (Anjum Sharma), where Guddu wants to avenge his brother’s death, while Sharad wants to avenge his father’s death. However, amidst the struggle for revenge and throne, Sweety’s sister Golu (Shweta Tripathi) has also decided to rule Mirzapur this time. Golu is also ready to do anything to avenge his sister’s death.

In the second season you will get to see some new faces along with old faces. Ali will be seen in the role of Fazal (Guddu), Pankaj will be seen as Tripathi (Kalin Bhaiya) and Divyendu (Munna Tripathi). Shweta Tripathi (Golu), Rasika Dugal will be seen as Kalin Bhaiya’s wife (Beena Tripathi), Harshita Shekhar Gaur will be seen as Guddu’s younger sister (Dimpy Pandey). Kulbhushan will be seen as Kharbanda, Kalin’s father (Akhand Tripathi), Guddu’s father Ramakant Pandit (Rajesh Tailang) and Guddu’s mother (Sheeba Chaddha). Among the new faces, you will see stars like Amit Sial (Inside Edge), Vijay Verma (Gully Boy), Isha Talwar (Article 15) and Priyanshu Painyuli (Bhavesh Joshi Superhero).

Punit Krishna is the producer and writer of Mirzapur Season 2. However, the first season of Mirzapur was produced by Karan Anshuman, who is currently busy with Inside Edge season 2. Gurmit Singh and Mihir Desai have directed Mirzapur Season 2. Meanwhile, Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, and Kasim Jagamagia are the executive producers of this season.

Mirzapur Season 2 will release worldwide on October 23 on Amazon Prime Video.
