The Government of Karnataka has launched the State Scholarship Program for the welfare and development of students in the field of education. Karnataka Education Department will refund the full tuition and hostel fees of the students in the form of scholarship. Under the State Scholarship Programme, the government will provide scholarships on the basis of merit. Students who are pre-matric (class 1 to 10) and post-matric (above class 10) will get their tuition fees and accommodation charges in their bank account. Applicants have to submit the authorized slip or receipt or bill of the institute and the amount will be refunded.

SSP Scholarship Scheme 2024 Apply Online

Students who belong to OBC, ST, SC or other small communities of Karnataka state are informed that the state government is providing scholarships for pre-matric and post-matric students. Applicants who are studying in private schools and suffering from financial problems should know about the SSP Scholarship Scheme.

The government has activated the online application link for the state scholarship program which will be available till March 23, 2024. Interested applicants can apply online from its official portal i.e. ssp.karnataka.gov.in. Applicants are advised to register themselves before the last date to avail the benefits of the scheme.

SSP Pre Matric Scholarship 2024

Applicants who are in class 1st to 10th and looking for any government scholarship should try the SSP Scholarship Scheme launched by the state government. Students who are studying in private schools in Karnataka and cannot afford the expensive tuition fees can enroll themselves in the Karnataka Pre Matric Scholarship Scheme.

Pre-Matric students who belong to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe and have poor financial condition are eligible for the State Scholarship Program Scheme.

SSP Post Matric Scholarship 2024

Students who have passed 10th class and looking for Intermediate/UG/PG or any other course should register themselves in the State Scholarship Program Post Matric Scheme. Now money will not become a hindrance in the path of education. The government will manage the full tuition and accommodation fees of eligible students.

SSP Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Students who are thinking of applying online for the State Scholar Ship Program should be aware of its eligibility criteria which are given below.

• The applicant must be a permanent citizen of Karnataka.
• Must be studying in an authorized or recognized institute.
• The applicant must belong to ST, SC, BPL or Other Backward Community.
• The family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh.

3. After this click on Apply Online.
4. Now an application form will open on the screen.
5. Register yourself by entering all the required details correctly.

7. Finally click on submit button.
8. Save the application form if necessary.

• Then a new page will open.
• Enter your application or mobile number/password.
• Click on Status option.
• Your scholarship status will be displayed on the screen.

Track the status of student scholarships for workers

2. Now click on the direct link “Track Student Scholarship Status for Workers”.
3. After this enter the student SATS ID.
4. Select the year and click on search option.
