WhatsApp was testing this feature on its Android and iOS beta apps. It was available to select beta testers who were able to try the feature before the official release. Since the rollout has just started, it may take some time for this feature to reach everyone. You can still send View Once voice messages by following the steps above.
But note that it is possible to record View Once voice messages with the native screen recorder on Android devices. So it is still advised to be cautious when using this feature.
