It is believed that Realme GT Neo 6 series will be launched in China soon. It will enter the market as an upgraded version of GT Neo 5. Now, information about the phone has surfaced online courtesy of well-known tipster DigitalChatStation. The phone is expected to come with a 1.5K screen and SM8635 SoC, which has not been launched yet. Let us know more details about the phone further.

Hardware details of Realme GT Neo 6 series

    • Tipster DigitalChatStation reported that the Realme GT Neo 6 series will come with a 1.5K display, which may be equipped with an AMOLED panel and may have support for 144Hz refresh rate.
    • The phone may be powered by the SM8635 SoC, which could be a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8-series chipset, probably the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.
    • A mysterious Realme phone with model number RMX3851 was spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform.

  • The chipset section mentions 'pineapple', 16GB RAM and Android 14 OS.
  • There is a possibility that the handset in question could be the GT Neo 6 lineup.
  • The phone has managed to score 1512 in the single-core segment and 3799 in the multi-core segment.

The chipset comes with a Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.01GHz and four Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 2.61GHz and three Cortex-A520 cores clocked at 1.84GHz. The pineapple codename aligns it with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. For graphics, there's the Adreno 735 GPU, which is a slight downgrade from the Adreno 750 GPU on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

No other information about the Realme GT Neo 6 series has been revealed at this time but we should get more information in the coming days. As for the chipset, leaks on the internet suggest that the SM7675 and SM8635 chips will be available in the market in March. Both chips are expected to be variants of the same architecture and will also share the development code name “Cliffs” within Qualcomm.
