Actually, a user named Ajay Rajawat had ordered the new iPhone 15 from Flipkart during the Republic Day sale. But when the user tried using the phone, he got a message that it had 'fake battery'. The user has posted its unboxing video on X. The user says that the online shopping platform is now refusing to replace the damaged iPhone.
I have ordered iPhone15 on Flipkart in republic day sale and today I got it.but it is not charging and it is showing that the battery is not genuine …what could be the solution for this …….is this a fraud by @flipkart

The user wrote in the post, “I ordered iPhone 15 from Flipkart on January 13. But Flipkart cheated me, I was given a defective iPhone 15 and the packaging of the box was also fake. Now the website is refusing to replace it.”
I ordered iPhone 15 from Flipkart on 13th Jan and I got it on 15th Jan but Flipkart has done fraud they have delivered defective iPhone15 and box packaging was also fake. Now they are not replacing

Along with this, the user has also shared another photo in which it can be clearly seen that the phone is refusing to verify the Apple battery.
After this, Flipkart responded to the user's post and apologized to him. Flipkart wrote, “We apologize for the bad experience related to this order. You can count on us to solve this problem. Please share your order ID by messaging us in private chat for the privacy of your Flipkart account. Please do not respond to fake social media handles impersonating our platform.”
Let us tell you that this is not the first time that a user has faced such a problem. Even before this, many such cases have come to light, in which when the parcel was received after ordering the phone online, soap or brick was found in it.
