Nothing Phone (2a) is coming to India on March 5, company confirmed

Nothing has officially announced the launch date of Nothing Phone (2a) for India and global markets. The company has announced that the phone will be launched on March 5 at 5 pm IST. The company has also shared a video, which gives us our first glimpse at the device. According to the video, the smartphone has a redesigned camera module and some features compared to the Nothing Phone (2).

• Carl Pei shared that Nothing intends to “shake up the market” in terms of design with a polycarbonate back panel that looks more like the glass on recent smartphones.
• Chris Weightman, industry designer who worked on the Nothing Phone (2A), confirms that transparency will still be at the forefront of the upcoming smartphone.
• The Glyph LED back will also be an integral part of the design, but will be slightly reworked to differentiate it from the design of the phone (2).
• The design of the smartphone will take inspiration from renowned Italian designer Massimo Vignelli, who is known for designing the New York subway map.
• Unfortunately, there was no full glimpse of the smartphone, but Chris has shared some design sketches that can serve as inspiration for the smartphone design.
