SSC MTS 2024 Selection Process
This year SSC has made changes in the SSC MTS selection process. As per the revised selection process, candidates will be selected only on the basis of Paper 1, followed by PET/PST and document verification.

SSC MTS 2024 Exam Pattern
SSC MTS Exam Pattern can be checked here for all the subjects like Numerical and Mathematical Ability, Reasoning Ability and Problem-Solving, General Awareness, and English Language and Comprehension which consists of 40 questions in Session 1 and 50 questions in Session 2, For which the total time per session will be 45 minutes.
- As per the exam pattern, a computer based examination will be conducted which is divided into 2 sessions: Session-I and Session II. It is mandatory to attempt both sessions. Failure to attempt any session will disqualify the candidate.
- Paper-I will be objective type (multiple choice questions).
- There will be no negative marking in Session-I. In Session II, there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer.
- Normalization of marks will be done.
- Questions will be set in English, Hindi and 13 other languages.
