Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2023: Salary
Induction Training Program for selected candidates will be conducted at the Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru or at any other location as decided by the Bank. After successful completion of the training programme, candidates will be appointed to any branch/office of the Bank across the country. After this they will be on probation period for one year. As soon as the probation period is successfully completed, the candidates will be confirmed in their post as per the rules and regulations of the Bank. The current CTC of the employee will be approximately Rs. 84,000/- per month.
