As you all know Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has already released IBPS PO Mains Result 2023 on 30th January 2024. Now All those candidates who have cleared IBPS PO Mains will be called for the document verification process. In the document verification process, candidates will have to carry original documents and self-attested photocopies of all the recruitment documents. During the document verification process, officials will check the authenticity of the documents submitted by the candidates. So today in this post we are going to provide you the complete list of documents that will be required at the time of document verification. If any candidate fails to carry any required document or submits fake documents he/she will be disqualified from the final selection process.

Documents to Carry for DV Process

Here we have provided the complete list of documents that will be required at the time of document verification. Candidates check this list and arrange all the documents-

  • Photo Identity Proof: Candidates must bring photo identity proof such as Passport, Voter Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card with photo, etc.
  • IBPS PO Admit Card: Candidates must carry their admit card along with other certificates.
  • Income Certificate: For EWS category candidates, an income and asset certificate in the required format is provided by the relevant agencies of the Government of India.
  • Caste Certificate: Candidates belonging to reserved category like OBC, ST, SC etc. must bring their caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • Experience Certificate: Candidates who are in any type of job must bring their work experience certificate.
  • Scribe Certificate: If the candidate has used a scribe, appropriately complete scribe details should be provided in the required format.
  • Ex-Serviceman Certificate: Candidates who are Ex-Servicemen must submit a copy of their service or discharge book, a pension payment order and an official document certifying the rank they hold.
  • Defense Certificate: Candidates who are currently serving in the Armed Forces must show a document certifying that they will be relieved from their post latest by August 2024 issued by a recognized authority.
  • Domicile Certificate for Jammu and Kashmir: Those who have domicile certificate in Jammu and Kashmir, who qualify for age relaxation, must produce it.
  • Persons who are eligible for age relaxation on account of being affected by the 1984 riots will have to produce a certificate from the District Magistrate certifying the fact.
  • Educational Qualification Certificate: Candidates must carry all their original educational qualification certificates like degree/diploma certificate, mark sheet etc.
  • Application Form: The printout of the online application form submitted by the candidates at the time of registration must be carried at the time of document verification.
  • Disability Certificate: In case of candidates belonging to benchmark disability category, candidates must bring their disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by the Government.
  • Passport size photograph: Candidate should have a passport size photograph. The photo should be the same which was uploaded in the application form at the time of registration.
  • NOC: Candidates working in any government or private organization must have Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification.
  • Proof of Date of Birth: Candidates should bring valid and original proof of their date of birth like 10th mark sheet, or birth certificate.
