Users who have taken the vaccine will get Blue Tick and Blue Shield feature on Aarogya Setu app.

Aarogya Setu app has been updated, in which now users will get information about vaccination status through Blue Tick and Blue Shield. The Indian government’s COVID-19 tracking app on Tuesday announced the arrival of two new features that will allow users to see whether Aarogya Setu users near them have taken the vaccine or not. Let us tell you, initially this app was introduced to know whether the users are at risk of corona virus infection around them or not. Has he knowingly or unknowingly got infected by coming in contact with a corona virus infected person or not? Since then, this app is also being used to take appointments for vaccination.

New feature of Aarogya Setu app announcement Made via Twitter on Tuesday, May 25. “Now your vaccination status can be updated on Aarogya Setu. Get vaccinated and get – Double Blue Tick and Blue Shield,” tweeted the official Twitter handle of the Aarogya Setu app.

Under the Your Status tab of the home screen of the Arogya Setu app, you will see Vaccinated status using double blue tick and blue shield. However, you will see this new blue tick and blue shield only after you have received both the doses of your vaccination.

Additionally, users can also get their COVID-19 vaccination certification using the Aarogya Setu app. Users who have received both their doses can download the vaccination certification as proof of vaccination. Both Arogya Setu and CoWIN app platforms are managed by the Government of India.
