Uber recently introduced a new ‘Reserve’ feature, which was initially launched in limited cities and now, the company has rolled out this feature in six more cities in India. Through the Uber ‘Reserve’ feature, riders can pre-book their rides from 30 minutes to 90 days before their trip. Additionally, Uber Reserve will now also be available for cash payments.

Along with the new cities, the service is now live in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow and Guwahati.

“Reserve now appears as a new option in the latest version of the Uber app and is available on Uber Premier, Uber Intercity, Uber Rental and Uber XL,” Uber said in a press release.

The company is working on pickup and drop zones at airports. Earlier, the company had informed that on the Uber app, the user will now also get a step by step guide to find the way. Additionally, users will now be able to share their trip plans with Uber via email. This will make it very easy to pre-plan the trip.
