Reliance Jio’s video call assistant unveiled, know what is special

Jio Video Call Assistant: On the very first day of the Indian Mobile Congress (IMC), Jio had unveiled its Jio Video Call Assistant. Jio says that the AI-based bot can be accessed on 4G phones, without the user having to install any other application. Reliance Jio claims that the bot can bring a new revolution in customer support related matters. Reliance Jio has also unveiled the Jio Bot Maker tool, which will help small organizations create their own bots.

According to Reliance Jio, Jio Video Call Assistant uses AI to listen and respond to customer queries appropriately. Jio said that auto-learning feature has been provided so that the bot keeps answering the users’ questions accurately. Small companies can also create their own AI based bot with the help of Jio Bot Maker tool without any coding and minimal effort.

For your information, let us tell you that Jio Video Call Assistant has been developed by Jio in collaboration with US based Radisys company. Jio claims that it will handle customer calls and Jio claims that with the help of this bot, customers will get rid of never-ending calls and IVR hold time. This bot will also prove beneficial for those business houses which are troubled by the same type of questions from customers again and again. This bot supports multiple languages.
