This will be made available in the settings after which users will be able to choose the option for the quality of the image before sending it. Reportedly this option will be available for Android users now. However, it has not been told yet when it will be rolled out for beta users. Meanwhile, the platform has also rolled out the Voice Status Share update for some select users. Through this update of WhatsApp, users will also be able to post a voice note of maximum 30 seconds in their status. It has been rolled out for beta users who have version 2.23.2.8 of the app. In this feature, users will have the option to re-record the voice note before posting it or discard it i.e. delete it.
