Let us tell you, Reels is a short video making and sharing feature of Instagram, through which users can record and edit videos with audio and visual effects. After the TikTok app was banned in India, the Facebook-owned company launched this feature that provides short video facility like TikTok.
On TikTok, users could record and upload videos up to 1 minute long. Let us tell you, till now only 15 seconds long videos can be made and uploaded on Reels.
In addition to longer videos, the upcoming update will also streamline the Reels video editing processor. At present, only 3 seconds are allowed to record video on reels, but after the new update, this timer can be set up to 10 seconds.
