Disney+ Hotstar is testing new plans of Rs 49, Rs 199, will support HD streaming

Disney+ Hotstar has started the trial of two new mobile plans in India. Of these, the first plan will be available for only Rs 49 per month and the price of the second plan is Rs 199 per month. It is being said that new plans can be availed only through selected payment options. Both these plans of Disney + Hotstar can attract youth and customers who occasionally watch online content. The OTT giant has also been offering annual plans, the starting price of which is Rs 499.

A Reddit user Information Given that the new Disney + Hotstar plan of Rs 49 is available under an introductory discount of Rs 50. This means that it will be available at a price of Rs 99 per month in the coming time.

Regarding the Rs 49 plan, it is being said that it is currently being tested for selected Android users. It is also limited to users who are paying for the subscription using card, Paytm, PhonePe or UPI.

Later its price will become Rs 299. The plan comes with a validity of six months and will allow streaming all content in HD (720p) quality. The content will also show ads in sports and movies, the report said.
