This feature phone was launched by Reliance Industries in the year 2017, in which 4G support is present. Users can also use apps like Facebook and WhatsApp in this phone.
The use of tracing apps like Aarogya Setu app speeds up the process of identifying, testing and isolating people who have come in contact with the virus.
Apart from this, as we mentioned earlier, the government has also issued a toll free number. In fact, the government has released a toll-free service under the Aarogya Setu Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). In this service, citizens have to make a missed call on a toll-free number, that number is ‘1921’. After making a missed call on this number, you will get a call back, in this call inputs related to your health will be taken. These are the same questions that are asked in the Arogya Setu app, based on the answers to these questions you will be alerted whether you are at risk of corona virus or not.
