What is SSC CPO?
SSC CPO (Central Police Organization) exam is a national level examination conducted annually to recruit thousands of candidates for the posts of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, Sub Inspector in CAPF and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF. Candidates are selected through various stages like online examination, PET/PST and medical examination. The pay scale of the selected persons will be from Rs 29,200 to Rs 1,12,400. SSC CPO Age Limit
Candidates wishing to apply for SSC CPO 2024 must be between 20 to 25 years of age. However, persons belonging to specific categories may be eligible for age relaxation by increasing the upper age limit.

SSC CPO Educational Qualifications

- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police (Only) – Male candidates must have a valid driving license for LMV (motorcycle and car) as on the date prescribed for physical stamina and standard test. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to undergo physical endurance and standard tests.

SSC CPO 2024 Medical Test
All candidates qualifying for SSC CPO PET will be medically examined by a Medical Officer of CAPF or any other Medical Officer or Assistant Surgeon belonging to Grade I of any Central/State Government Hospital or Dispensary. Candidates who are found ineligible will be informed about the position and can appeal to the Review Medical Board within the prescribed time limit of 15 days.
The decision of the Re-Medical Board/Review Medical Board will be final and no appeal/representation will be entertained against the decision of the Medical Board/Review Medical Board.
