Telegram has made new updates, in which many new features have been introduced to improve the user experience on its platform. Saved Messages 2.0
Telegram's saved messages, which were previously used for notes and forward messages, have now been upgraded. It now serves as a storage system for links, media and bookmarks. Users can manage saved messages from chats, use tags for better categories, and access shared media through the new 'Saved' tab.

View saved messages by chat
A new 'View as Chats' mode allows users to view a list of private chats, groups and channels from which messages have been forwarded. This feature provides easy access and users can pin favorite chats to the top.

Tags for save message
To improve organization, many tags based on emoji can be added to the saved message. Premium users can use tags, which makes it easier to filter and search for specific messages.

Save message in shared media
There is now a 'Saved' tab in the shared media section in chats, groups and channels, making it easier to access forwarded messages and saved messages from a particular chat.

upgrade search
Search functionality has been improved across all chats, making it easier to navigate search results and view them as a contact list.

One time voice and video message
A view-once setting is now available for voice and video messages, which allows them to be played only once before automatically playing.

Pause and Resume Recording
Users can now pause and resume recording voice or video messages, eliminating the need to send multiple messages.

Users in 1-on-1 chat can now see the time when their messages were opened. Privacy settings are based on last seen status at read time and are visible for 7 days before being deleted.

One-way last seen and read times
Telegram Premium users can hide their last seen and read time while other users can see it. This feature is customizable and allows more privacy control.

private message permission
Premium users can choose who can send them messages by selecting 'Everyone' or 'My Contacts and Premium Users'. This feature restricts chats to users who are not included in the contact list or are not premium members, unless a premium user initiates the chat.

Faster loading time and high quality stories
Video Stories now load up to 4x faster and Premium users can watch them in higher quality. All users can control the playback speed in video stories.

New design for shared contacts
Messages with shared contacts now appear better, reflecting the color and emoji icon selected in Settings.

Better video messaging on iOS
Video message recording on iOS has been improved for clearer quality, quicker camera switching, and less camera shake.

App icons on macOS
Telegram for macOS now allows users to select from 15 icons to customize the appearance of their app in the Dock. This can be done in Settings > Appearance > App icons.
